How do I know if my house is on

Click Here and enter your address in the form to see if your house is in our database. Unfortunately if your address is not on our website then the builder of your house did not schedule for us to take pictures. If you plan on building a new house in the future make sure to let us know!

How did get photos of my house?

Your home builder scheduled for us to come to your property right before insulation and sheet rock was installed. We took multiple pictures of each room all throughout the house. This timing insures that these photos are as reliable as possible.

What's my "Address ID"?

BehindMyWalls™ has assigned a unique number to your property as a security measure to ensure only you or someone else that has access to your home will gain access to the photos. You will need this number before purchasing access to your property's photos.

Where can I find my "Address ID"?

If your property is in our database, you can send us a request for your Address ID and we will overnight it to your address.

How can these photos help me?

Any homeowner who has been through a stressful renovation can attribute to the value of these photos. When a contractor is able to see behind the drywall he can give you a fair price and you can remove the fear of complications in your project. Even simpler projects like hanging a TV are made much easier by knowing exactly where the studs are behind your wall.

What does it cost?

Prices start at $299. The cost per property is based on several factors like square footage. The larger the property the more pictures we have to take.

If you're a member and are renovating your property, contact us! We will come to your property for $50/photo session and update your photos!

How long do I have access to the photos?

Once a purchase is made, you have access to the photos for 10 years.

If you make a purchase and sell your property, we will refund you 50% if the new owner purchases access to our site.

Can I cancel and get a refund once I purchase membership?

Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not happy with our service and would like to receive a refund, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
